Dust the case and around fan inlets. Check for damaged cables Clean Monitor Screen and mouse. Clean Keyboard
Software
Any new software is licensed Investigate recurring error messages
Antivirus
Check you Antivirus Software is up-to-date Perform a full system scan Check Email is being checked.
Maintenance
Delete temporary internet files Delete temporary files Perform a full scandisk Defragment the hard disk drive Backup all business critical files Test backup and store off-site
Printers
Check ink/toner levels (reorder if necessary) Clean print heads
